• Town of Batavia- 1 Town Justice
• Town of Bergen- 1 Town Justice
• Town of Byron- 1 Town Justice
• Town of Elba- 1 Town Justice, 1 Town Council- unexpired term
• Town of LeRoy- 1 Town Council- unexpired term
• Town of Oakfield- Town Justice, 1 Town Supervisor- unexpired term, 1 Town Council- unexpired term
• Town of Pavilion- Highway Superintendent- unexpired term
