Batavia Man Jailed for Repeated Violations of Stay-Away Orders

52 year old Raymond Radley of Liberty Street in Batavia was arrested by LeRoy Police yesterday and charged with nine felony counts of Criminal Contempt in the First Degree.
Radley is accused of violating a Full Stay Away Order of Protection by contacting the protected party on numerous occasions between February and May of this year.
Radley was arraigned in LeRoy Town Court and committed to the Genesee County Jail without bail.
