Driver hospitalized after being pinned under truck in rollover near GCC.
A rollover accident across from the College Campus in Batavia landed the driver in the hospital after their truck landed on them.
The crash occurred on Assemblyman R. Steven Hawley Drive near the Batavia-Stafford Townline Road shortly after one yesterday afternoon.
The pick-up truck was apparently traveling northbound on Hawley Drive before skidding off the roadway, flipping, and ejecting the driver.
The unidentified driver was then pinned under the wreckage after the truck landed on him coming to rest in a corn field.
The man was airlifted to Strong Memorial Hospital via Mercy Flight with serious injuries.
The injuries were reportedly non-life threatening however his current condition is not known.
State Police have released few details in the case as the investigation remains on-going.

Tops shoplifters in Batavia identified by city police.
A pair of out-of-towners allegedly stole nearly one-thousand dollars’ worth of groceries from the Tops Supermarket in Batavia last Friday.
49 year old Jeffery Wozniak of Niagara Falls and his co-defendant 46 year old Keith White of North Tonawanda are facing charges of Conspiracy, Criminal Possession of Stolen Property and Petit Larceny.
They are accused of stealing steaks, lobsters, shrimp and other household items from Tops and allegedly stole merchandise from Walmart as well.
The pair were released on appearance tickets to Batavia City Court.

Alleged spitting and trespassing land a Bethany man in lock up.
After allegedly entering the Swan Street residence of someone he did not know last week Batavia Police arrested 38 year old Sath Dhanda of Clapsaddle Road in Bethany.
Dhanda was charged of Criminal Trespassing and Endangering the Welfare of a Child where he was committed Jail in lieu of $5,000 bail to the Genesee County.
Around an hour later Dhanda was arrested and charged with Harassment after being accused of spitting on another person.
He was issued an appearance ticket for city court.

The teenager who police say admitted to stabbing his grandmother is due in court today.
Deputies say the crime happened over the weekend at the woman’s home on Oak Orchard Road in Albion.
17 year old Brandon Foster is accused of attacking his 54 year old grandmother, Rachael Spearance while she slept before stealing 23 dollars, her cell phone and running from the scene.
Foster’s mother says he has stolen from his family in the past.
Police are still trying to figure out a motive for the stabbing.

Buffalo Bills running back LeSean Mc-Coy is denying domestic violence allegations.
The claims were made on Instagram by a woman who has been identified as Mc-Coy’s ex-girlfriend Delicia Cordon.
In the message, Mc-Coy is also accused of injuring his son, a dog and also taking drugs.
Mc-Coy says he hasn’t had any contact with Cordon in months.
In a statement, the Bills say they’re gathering information about the case.
