Pavilion Man Charged with Rape

A Pavilion man has been accused of rape.
38 year old Jerod Baltz of Sparks Road is charged with 1st Degree Rape and Criminal Sexual Act in the first degree.
Genesee County Sheriff’s Deputies said the alleged act occurred in a Sparks Road home on March 1q8.
Baltz was arraigned in Town of Pavilion Court and ordered held in the Genesee County Jail on $25,000 bail.
