The Genesee County Grand Jury has handed up felony indictments against the three suspected actors in last week’s deadly violence on the south side.
30 year old Nathaniel Wilson has been indicted for the murder of 41 year old Terry Toote.
17 year old Samuel Blackshear is accused of attempted assault for allegedly shooting Wilson in the leg,
And 48 year old Jennifer Urvizu -Hanlon is facing a weapons charge for allegedly giving Blackshear the gun.
District Attorney Lawrence Friedman said this afternoon trouble had been simmering in the neighborhood
All three are being held in the county jail without bail.
Their arraignment on the indictments will be held June 4th.
Police are looking for a suspect who caused some mayhem at the Red Osier Restaurant in Stafford.
Surveillance video caught a guy, possibly armed, banging on doors and windows Monday afternoon.
The same guy is believed to have smashed the window of a little white corvette.

Six Flags is going to operate the Darien Lake theme park resort.
Six Flags Entertainment Corporation has announced it has an agreement to acquire the lease rights to Darien Lake.
It owned and operated the theme park from 1999 to 2007. The agreement is expected to close in June.
Going to the hospital can be a scary experience for anyone, but especially so for children.
That’s way a large group of preschoolers up to first graders were treated to the annual Teddy Bear and Doll Clinic hosted by UMMC.
Healthy Living Coordinator Rachel Cosimeno says the event is intended to take some of the fear out of hospitals.
Over 200 children took part and visited displays simulating the various departments in the hospital.
