Five arrested at Lynyrd Skynyrd Concert

The following people were arrested by the Genesee County Sheriff’s Office during the Lynyrd Skynyrd Concert at Darien Lake Performing Arts Center on July 13, 2018:
Stuart M. Thorp age 41 of Magnolia Cres. Grimsby, Ont. Canada arrested for Criminal Trespass 3rd after allegedly reentering the concert venue after having been ejected and told not to return. Stuart was arraigned in Darien Court and remanded to jail in lieu of $1500 bail.
Andrew G. Lehmann age 30 of Prospect St. Attica, NY arrested for Disorderly Conduct after allegedly flipping over benched outside the concert venue. Andrew was arraigned in Darien Court and released on $150 bail.
Chad R. Carrington age 25 of Marcy Pl. Bronx, NY arrested for False Personation after allegedly providing a false name to Deputies.
The following were issued APPEARANCE TICKETS to appear in Darien Court on 7/24/18 at 3pm:
Pasquale A. Damato age 43 of Kinsley Rd. Elma, NY arrested for Harassment 2nd after allegedly punching a female in the face.
Christine M. Kroger age 52 of Barks Rd. Caledonia, NY arrested for Trespass after allegedly reentering the concert venue after being ejected and told not to return.
