Meet Dr. Martin Moore, the new Batavia City Manager
Dr. Moore, who prefers to be known as Marty, spoke to local reporters this afternoon via Skype from his office in Eunice, New Mexico. Moore has seven children, the youngest is a senior in high school. His wife Joanne was born in Buffalo.
Although hired by the city council, Moore believes he is answerable to the people
Dr. Moore begins his new job in Batavia on October 15th.
