City PD release lengthy blotter of bad boys and girls in Batavia

Making the Batavia Police blotter is 51 year old Kevin McCoy of Central Ave who was arrested for Criminal Mischief, Criminal Use of Drug Paraphernalia and Harassment.
He is accused of breaking into an apartment on East Main Street on Monday.
McCoy reportedly fled the scene but returned later where he was eventually apprehended and ordered to be held without bail pending his City Court date next Thursday.
36 year old Dustin Bogue who has no permanent address listed was remanded to jail without bail after he allegedly started a fight with Mercy EMS Paramedics at UMMC.
Bogue is facing charges of Attempted Assault, Criminal Mischief and Criminal Tampering.
32 year old Kelly Howell of Montclair Ave in Batavia was arrested for allegedly using drugs and leaving hypodermic needles out in front of three children on Tuesday evening.
Howell is charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance Possession of a Hypodermic Instrument, and Use of Drug Paraphernalia along with three counts of Endangering the Welfare of a Child.
She was committed to the County Jail in lieu of $10,000 bail.
City Police arrested 37 year old Robert Sindon of Clyde New York under Leandra’s Law.
Sindon was stopped on East Main Street following a traffic complaint when it was discovered that he was allegedly driving while intoxicated with two children under 15 years old accompanying him in the vehicle.
He was remanded to jail without bail on multiple counts of DWI.
