40 year old Rashawn Gosier of Shady lane was collared within minutes of the incident but his victim has not been located.
Gosier has been charged with attempted assault. He was released with a court appearance ticket for January.
A Bronx resident faces felony charges for attempting to sell LSD in the Town of Darien.
A grand jury has indicted 33 year old Michael Kopyscianski on multiple counts of possession and sale of LSD.
Kopyscianski has a history of drug related arrests elsewhere in New York State.

Spectrum Cable has reached a deal with New York Attorney General Barbara Underwood concerning last year’s lawsuit over misleading internet speeds. Then-Attorney General Eric Schneiderman argued that the internet service provider had advertised speeds that were in fact up to 80-percent slower in reality. Spectrum’s parent company will refund over 62-million-dollars to 700-thousand active customers, and offer an additional 110-million-dollars in free streaming and premium cable channels. AG Underwood calls the settlement the largest-ever payout by an internet service provider.
