The Speedway gas station on West Main Street was robbed, allegedly by a Batavia man already on parole for another crime.
Batavia Police tell us the Speedway was robbed last night just before 10.
Charged in connection with the caper is 37 year old Daryl Leach of State Street. Leach was collared at a home on Swamp Road in Bergen.
No one was hurt in the heist. Police say Leach made off with an undetermined amount of cash.

 

Donald Trump’s former attorney, Michael Cohen, says Trump inflated his net worth by four-billion dollars to try and buy The Buffalo Bills

Speaking today before the House Oversight Committee, Michael Cohen filed financial documents that Trump submitted during his 2014 attempt to buy the Bills. Cohen said Trump inflated and deflated his total assets when it “served his purposes.”

Cuomo is calling for anyone caught giving false information to be banned from getting STAR benefits for six years.

Three executives with Pegula Sports and Entertainment have left their positions.
President and CEO Kim Pegula says chief operating officer Bruce Popko and two other officials are no longer with the company. Their replacements haven’t been announced. Pegula Sports operates the Buffalo Bills and Sabres.
