A Dozen Drug Suspects Arrested in Wyoming County

Members of the Wyoming County Drug Task Force announce the arrest of twelve individuals accused of selling and or manufacturing drugs throughout Wyoming County over the past year.
On March 13 Danielle BALBICK, age 38, of Warsaw was arrested and charged with Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance in the 4th degree and Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 5th degree. BALBICK is accused of selling Suboxone in the Village of Warsaw in October of 2018. She was committed to the Wyoming County Jail without bail.
On the same day James LIDDY, age 33, of Warsaw was arrested and charged with Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance in the 4th degree and Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 5th degree. LIDDY is accused of selling Suboxone in the Village of Warsaw in September of 2018. He was committed to the Wyoming County Jail without bail and additional charges are likely in the near future.

Also on Marc 13 Kendra KENYON, age 22, of Batavia was arrested and charged with Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance in the 4th degree and Conspiracy in the 4th degree.
KENYON and Dominic BECK, age 23, also of Batavia, agreed to sell Suboxone to an individual in the Village of Attica on 02/08/19. Both traveled to Attica with the intentions of selling the drug to another subject at which time they were arrested by Task Force Members and Wyoming County Probation Officers who were waiting for them when they arrived to sell the drugs. KENYON is currently in the Wyoming County Jail in lieu of $15,000 cash bail, while BECK who was arrested on March 7, has since posted bail.
On March 7 Carlos DIAZ-SILVA, age 35, of Mount Morris, was arrested and charged with Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance in the 3rd degree, and Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 3rd degree. DIAZ-SILVA is accused of selling Dihydrocodeinone in April of 2017 while in the Village of Perry. Subject is being held in the Wyoming County Jail in lieu of $50,000 cash bail.
On February 7 Kenneth PLEACE, age 41, of Youngers Road, Arcade, was arrested and charged after a “Meth Lab” was discovered within his residence. He was charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 2nd degree (Class “A” Felony), for possessing Methamphetamine, Unlawful Manufacturing of Meth, Unlawful Disposal of Meth Laboratory Material, Criminal Possession of Precursors of Meth, Criminal Possession Meth Manufacturing Material, Criminal Possession of Stolen Property, and Criminal Possession of a firearm. Sheriff Deputies had responded to a report of an “incident” that had allegedly occurred at PLEACE’S residence a few days prior. When Deputies went to arrest him on charges from that incident, he was found to be in possession of suspected Meth. A subsequent search, via a search warrant, located the above mentioned items along with an ATV and a firearm that had both been reported stolen out of Allegany County. PLEACE is being held in the Wyoming County Jail without bail. The New York State Police C-CERT team assisted with decontamination of the scene as well as assistance from the Drug Task Force and Probation Department.
Alisia WOOD, age 45, also of Youngers Road, Arcade, was charged the same as Pleace as she had been residing with PLEACE when this alleged incident occurred. She is currently being held in the Wyoming County Jail without bail.
On 01/10/19, Noah GREGG, age 36, of Arcade, was charged with Petit Larceny and Selling an imitation drug. In May of 2018 in the Village of Arcade, GREGG agreed to sell Narcotics and instead sold a fake substance to an agent of the task force. GREGG was released following his arrest.
On Dec 26, 2018 Darryl TOLIVER, age 22, of Buffalo, was charged with 2 counts of Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance in the 3rd degree and 2 counts of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 3rd degree. TOLIVER is accused of selling Crack Cocaine in the Village of Perry in August of 2018 and in the Village of Warsaw in October of 2018. TOLIVER is still being held on these charges.
On Dec 20, 2018 Christopher SOUTER, age 38, of Arcade, was charged with 2 counts of Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance in the 4th degree, and 2 counts of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 5th degree. During May of 2018, SOUTER is accused of selling Suboxone on 2 different occasions while in the Village of Arcade. SOUTER has since been released pending future court appearances.
On Dec 19, Joseph DIOGUARDI, age 35, of Perry, was charged with 2 counts of Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance in the 3rd degree, and 1 count of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 4th and 5th degrees. DIOGUARDI is accused of selling Cocaine in June of 2017 and selling Suboxone in January of 2018, both while in the Village of Perry. Subject has since been released from custody.
On Dec 19, 2018,Patricia WEST, age 48, of Warsaw, was charged with 2 counts of Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance in the 5th degree and 2 counts of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 5th degree. WEST is accused of selling Amphetamines on 2 occasions in July and December 2018, while in the Village of Warsaw. WEST has since been released from custody.
The Wyoming County Drug Task Force is a multi-agency unit with members from the Sheriff’s Office, Warsaw, Perry, Attica, and Arcade Police Departments, which all participate.
