The Genesee Country Farmer’s Market kicks off today

The Market has sprouted up in the parking lot off of Bank Street and Alva Place with many excited venders ready to share their products and stories.
Nando of Nando’s Italian Pizzelle, who is returning to his second year at the market, was eager to share the history of his unique treats…
Market Manager Mike Bakos said they are still receiving applications from vendors wishing to get in on the action…
The Market is open Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9 am to 4 pm and Bakos says that on Fridays some venders will be sticking around until 5 pm to serve customers who are just getting out of work.
The Market runs through the summer season up until the end of October.
