David Bellavia Grateful for Support from Western New York

Batavia’s David Bellavia, recently announced recipient of the Medal of Honor, tells Western New York he is grateful for the love and support shown to him over the past 72 hours. “It has touched my heart. I never expected this much love, support and kindness.”
Bellavia, who will be awarded the Medal of Honor at a White House ceremony on June 25th spoke for 25 minutes at a news conference in Cheektowaga earlier today.
