Heidi Schollard
47 year old Heidi Schollard of Batavia is wanted by Genesee County.
Schollard pled guilty to three counts of grand larceny back in 2012.
She admitted she stole 350-thosuand dollars from two elderly people she was caring for.
Schollard was sentenced to serve seven years in prison and make payments of $500 a month in restitution.
She made about 100 payments and then those payments stopped.
She was ordered into court this week but failed to show up. A warrant has been issued for her arrest.
The Rochester man accused of killing a Good Samaritan on Ross Street last summer has struck a plea deal with the court.
Quinton Edmonds admitted to killing Michael Paladino who had come to the aid of a woman he thought was being assaulted by Edmonds.
Edmonds is expected to get 20 to life when sentenced next month.
The Republican candidates looking to fill the vacant 27th Congressional District seat are reportedly set to be interviewed this weekend.
The Buffalo News reports the candidates will be talking with GOP leaders from around the district Saturday.
The list of potential candidates include attorney Beth Parlato from Darien, State Senators Chris Jacobs and Rob Ortt and Erie County Comptroller Stefan Mychajliw.
