A Record-Breaking Year for High School Sports on WBTA
During the 2025-2026 school year, WBTA proudly broadcast 62 high school athletic events featuring 9 Genesee County schools. To the best of our knowledge, that is far more high school athletic broadcasts than any other radio station in New York State this year.
Our coverage took listeners all the way from opening day to the biggest stages in New York high school sports, including:
2 State Championship Games
2 State Semifinal Games
3 Far West Regional Games
8 Sectional Championship Games
8 Additional Sectional Playoff Games
