Man Arrested in Alexander for 1st Degree Rape

On May 4th 2018 at about 2;25pm Domingo Gomez-Gomez, age 50, was arrested for
Rape 1st, two counts of Possession of a Forged Instrument and Offering a False Instrument for Filing.
It is alleged that on April 28, 2018 Gomez-Gomez forced a female he worked with to have sexual intercourse with him. When questioned by Genesee County Sheriff’s Investigators Gomez-Gomez allegedly possessed numerous false instruments to identify himself.
He was arraigned Saturday May 5 at 1000am and is being held in the Genesee County Jail on $100,000/$200,000 cash bail/bond. Gomez-Gomez is scheduled to return to Alexander Town Court on Tuesday, June 12, 2018 to answer to the above charges.
Authorities also confirmed that Gomez-Gomez may be in this country illegally.
