Roads are becoming snow covered and very slippery.
Motorists should use caution and allow extra time to reach their destination.
A Winter Storm Warning remains in effect until 6AM tomorrow morning.
The cost of a higher education is about to get a bit less for military veterans and their spouses.
The Governor’s office says they’ll no longer have to pay to apply to a SUNY school. The action will save vets and their husbands or wives, between 50 and 65 dollars.
Western New York drivers are finding steady prices at pumps.
According to Triple A, the average cost for a gallon of regular gas is $2.67That’s the same as it was a week ago and is three-cents cheaper than this time last month.
In Batavia, the Triple-A reports the average price of a gallon of regular in Batavia at $2.65, down a penny from last week.
