Genesee Women’s Lacrosse Announces 2019 Schedule
BATAVIA, NY… Genesee women’s lacrosse head coach Jeff Reyngoudt is announcing the 2019 schedule for the Genesee Community College Cougars. “We are looking forward to having a very competitive season”, comments Genesee Head Coach Jeff Reyngoudt, who is entering his third full season leading the women’s lacrosse program, which is entering its ninth season.
The 2019 season opener will take place at home on Saturday, March 30 as they take on CCBC-Essex.
The month of April will see Genesee have two home games on their home field as they host Harford Community College on Friday, April 19 at 2:00pm, followed by a noon game vs Howard Community College on April 27. The Cougars’ heavy-road schedule will see Genesee travel to Onondaga (April 3), Mohawk Valley (April 6), Erie Community College (April 10), two games at North Country Community College (April 13, April 14), Monroe Community College (April 17), and at Jefferson Community College (April 24).
Genesee’s home finale will take place on Thursday, May 2 at 4:00pm vs Jefferson Community College.
Postseason play will begin the weekend of May 11-12 at the Region III Final Four, hosted at Onondaga Community College in Syracuse, NY. The NJCAA National Tournament will take place the following weekend in Arnold, Maryland.
