Oakfield man accused of harassment at DMV in Batavia

65 year old George Norway of North Pearl Street in Oakfield has been arrested and charged with Aggravated Harassment following an investigation into an incident at the Department of Motor Vehicles on 15 Main Street Batavia.
Norway is accused of leaving a message which caused substantial alarm to the employees’ safety.
He was arraigned and released with an appearance ticket for May 5th in Batavia City Court.
