Suspect Charged in Batavia Stabbing

A Rochester man has been arrested in connection with a Batavia stabbing.
BPD collared 40 year old Kelly J. Rhim and charged him with Attempted Assault 1st Degree and Assault 2nd Degree.
Police say Rhim stabbed another person in the parking lot outside of T F Brown’s last Saturday.
Rhim turned himself in and is now jailed in lieu of $25,000 bail. He is scheduled to appear in Batavia City Court on May 2.
