An Oakfield man is accused of Drunk Driving and a variety of other charges from a three car crash in Corfu.
24 year old Jacob Szumigala of Orchard Park Road, Oakfield, is charged with DWI, Vehicular Assault, Speeding and driving without a license.
Deputies say Szumigala triggered a three vehicle crash last Wednesday on Main Street in Corfuthat sent four people to ECMC.
Szumigla was jailed in lieu to 10-thosuand dollars bail.

A Batavia man is behind county bars facing drug charges.
35 year old Joshua Bachorski of Spruce Street is accused of selling crack cocaine to a Drug Task Force agent last December.
Bachorski is locked up on 20-thousand dollars bail.

A Wyoming County corrections officer faces prison time after taking plea deal in drug smuggling case.
37 year old William Fannan of Orchard Park pleaded guilty to felony counts of Promoting Prison Contraband and Receiving a Bribe.
Fannan admitted he was paid to smuggle synthetic marijuana to two Wyoming County Jail inmates.
Fannan is expected to be sentenced to one and one third to three years in state prison avoiding a possible longer sentence.

The Batavia City Council is holding a Conference Meeting tomorrow night.
Among the items on the agenda are measures to declare certain handguns and rifles of the police department As surplus, to make way for the way of the weapons.
The department will then use the proceeds from the sale of the firearms to purchase new weapons.
The PD also declares two 2014 cruisers as surplus.
Council meets at 7 tomorrow night in city hall.
